okay been seeing alot of people stressing the holidays.. most of you have been here a while i dont see the big deal we had thanksgiving 4 weeks ago its the pre game the warm up alotta you probably messed up then (man i did turkey day woooo) lol but alotta the same foods will be showing up for a rematch on christmas and you know what the calories are now you can be prepared its the side items that contain the calories the green bean casserole, the cranberries, the mashed potatos, people that live in texas like me gotta watch those tamales i had 3 for dinner and the calorie ranges from 200 to 350 a pop depending on what type of brand you want to list lol.. and those were just the chicken ones.. also load your plate with turkey and a little gravy will go a long way.. remember there is always seconds so if you eat the low calorie first youl start to feel full quicker then you can go back and get the high calorie stuff second...remember you will have seconds and thirds and so on in your fridge for months and dont stress it so much people its not any different of a day you have have hard choices day to day and youve made it this far one day wont be the end of the world just try to make the best of it...

    Great advice!
  • Christmas dinner, and all the treats, are just one more speed bump in the road of your lifestyle change, and just like in real life lots of ppl slow down for the speedbumps, when we really should go full blast, and try to flatten those pesky speed bumps.
