Thought on Isagenix

Has anyone out there tried/using Isagenix and seeing improvement?
I am really considering it to get out of my weight plateau but would like some honest opinions or cheaper ways to do the same things Isagenix offers?
Thanks

Don't get caught up in gimmicky stuff, if you're at a plateau you can drop calories slightly to push through it0

ISAGENIX is simply a way to control calories when you break it down, and that can be a very good thing. All diets are really calories in vs calories out. If you burn more calories than you take in, a deficit is created and you will lose weight, eat more calories than you burn and you will gain weight.
As far as ISAGENIX being effective, just look at all the craze right now. People who use it love it. Whether or not it seems gimmicky or not still does not detract from people's results with it. My mom uses it and loves it. The best part about it in my opinion is that it takes all the thinking out. Most people are not disciplined enough to keep track of their calories and monitor them on a day to day basis, with ISAGENIX you simply follow their blueprint. The best way to find out for sure is to simply try it yourself and see how you like it.
Hope this helped, best of luck!0
