Eating Disorder Recovery - Trying to be healthy

Hello!

I'm currently a second year student studying Cognitve Neuroscience and Psychology. Since a child I have really struggled with mental health and Febuary last year I was diagnosed with Bulimia and Depression. My problems got really serious when I was admitted to hospital last year and since then I have been trying to make changes in my life and recover.

Since 18 my weight has really increased meaning that I now weigh 160lbs, however before my a-levels I was around 110lbs. The most important thing is that I am trying to be HEALTHY. I want to reach 130lbs by the end of the year through proper diet and exercise as part of my road to recovery.

All I am looking for is support and friendship, as right now my family do not know my current mental state (for reasons I have outlined on my blog) and I do not have much of a support network. I hope that by working together and encouraging each other we can all reach our goals

Hey there! Sorry to hear about your struggles. While I have little experience with eating disorders, I am more than happy to advise you on nutrition and exercise if you are interested.
