Hi I am new to my fitness pal been logging all week. And planned my meals for this week and next week. Do u weigh stuff to keep track of it. I am used to slimming world so this is the first time I have done anything like this. Would love to get to know some people. And be great for support. Thanks all

Investing in a food scale is so, so worth it. You'll be much more accurate and you'll be really setting yourself up for success!

I don't weigh everything but I do allot of things like grated cheese, normal cheeses, some packet pastas, cereals and things like that as it usually says on packets the calories per gram. I have a really poor sense of judgement in weights, lengths, speed, just about everything, so I find my scales to be invaluable. I feel better knowing I have exact amounts and that the calorie numbers are the closest as possible for me to log, I can judge the calories in a meal cooked from scratch much better.0

I dont Weight anything - i just count the calories with what MFP tells me - Welcome aboard.0
