I am at 1800 a day and don't log on the weekends (definitely over), but I still lose. Slowly, but it's all about what's maintainable in the long run.

I've recalculated my calorie settings a few times, (I've been at about 1200ish for years) and haven't lost any weight since I started going over 13-1400, around a year ago. I'm currently at the highest calorie setting I've ever been at (1540) since I started weight training, but I believe that eventually I'll lose the fat, even if I don't lose weight. :)

I tried the 1200, and that **** was hard as hell. Upped it to 1300, and couldn't do it. I'm now at 1500, and sometimes still go over by like 200. I'm losing weight, but not as much as I would like to, and I'm pretty damn active.
