Is My Diet on The Right Track?

I've been off the wagon for a bit and want to begin eating healthy again. I just finished next week's Meal Plan and was wondering if anyone could take a look at it and let me know if I'm on the right track. (Tried copying and pasting entire meal plan, but didn't align correctly, so added 1 day for an example) If not, where do you see room for improvement? I'm trying to be realistic about healthy eating, and not trying something unrealistic for myself and my family. To anyone who offers help, thank you in advance!

Note: All of the meals are "healthy" recipes I found on Pinterest. All of the tortillas that will be used with the recipes will be homemade, whole wheat tortillas.

BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER SNACK
SUNDAY Oatmeal w/ fruit
Honey Toast Fajita style quesadillas Spicy Guacamole Chicken burgers Protein Cheesecake dip
Southwestern Chopped Oven roasted sausages, potatoes, peppers Apples
Salad with Cilantro Dressing

It's hard to give advice with such little information. How many calories does that add up to? How do your macros look? Does this menu fit into your goals? Do you feel good while eating this menu?

U make ur tortillas?! Omg :) too much work for me

looks great to me, u got a little bit of everything.

Msg me ur meal plan for the week. I might steal some ideas cuz we r eating bad too :/

A good healthy dinner - stir-fry chicken with veggies with peanut sauce over brown or wild rice. Not sure the kids will eat it but I think it's yummy. Thank u Margot (that's who I got it from)

Stop stressing so much, u r doing great!
