I want to double check that I am figuring out my calories correctly. Just to clarify - I should eat my net calories(1430) , not the amount combined with exercise? ( MFP says this would be 1686)

My MFP is set at:

193 pounds
Goal: lose 1.5 a week
Net calories says 1430/ day
Calories burned 1240 /wk

BMR 1510
TDEE is around 2100 I think (different answers on different calculators)

5'4" female.

Thanks!

Based on those #s I think you'll be fine to eat in the 1400-1600 range. I'm not an expert but will give advice anyhow. :)

    1. Don't feel like there is one exact # you need to hit. You'll drive yourself bonkers.
    2. Once you set upon a range don't think you have to always be on the low end of it.
    3. Occasionally aim for a maintenance day. 2-3 times a month or whatever suits you. Test run at 'normal' eating and a healthy dose of different for your metabolism. :)

Select one method and stick to it.

Stick to your net calories as much as possible as well.
