Hello,
I need some suggestion or advice. I am currently doing p90x3 and since then I have only lost 2inches overall, my weight either goes up in 1 to 2 lbs then I return back to my start weight. I have been doing this since Dec of last year and I am getting frustrated I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I am eating between 1400 to 1700 calories a day depending on how active I am throughout the day but for the most part I am sitting at a desk all day. I do about 30 to 45 min of activity with the program. I have cut out alot of sugars and fast food I dont follow a specific meal plan but I do stay away from the junk I am trying to lose about 45lbs currently weighing in at 185 I am 5'3. Any suggestions.
thank you.

Are you tracking what you eat and weighing everything on a food scale?0

Opening your food diary would be great.0

I track all my food but I don't weigh my food. I try to make sure I have about 5 to 6 meals a day.0

Start weighing your food. You don't know how many calories you're really eating, if you aren't weighing it in grams on a digital scale.0 -
This is right... If you are not weighing then your portions are likely bigger than what you're tracking. It adds up. What you think is a medium banana could be 'large'. What you assume is 4 ounces of chicken is 6-8. You may log a serving of salad dressing but its really 2.
If you're not losing, but also not gaining, then the deficit you're expecting is not there.
Food scales are not expensive. I work an office job - I often use the postage scale.I am eating between 1400 to 1700 calories a dayI track all my food but I don't weigh my food.

Start weighing solid foods in grams or ounes on a digital food scale. If you're not losing, odds are you're eating more than you think.0 -
thank you I will try doing that and hope to see some results0

It is also WHEN you eat.0
