hi my name is izelle i'm from south africa. started today. i'm still a student and picked up so much weight since first year. aiming to lose about 21 kg. would really love to have that confidence in myself and knowing that i'm beautiful and healthy without always being dragged down because of my weight. really need the support and very impressed with this website so far.
