How can I lose 15 pounds, and tone up?

Hello,
I'm new here, my name is Sammy by the way haha (a girl). I'm just looking for some advice and help? I'm feeling absolutely discouraged :-(
I'm 21, 5'6" in height, and 125 lbs.
People, tell me 125 is average. But the thing is I've always been 110 lbs! See, last year my Grandma got very sick, I would take care of her so I didn't have time to workout, she passed away unfortunately. Therefore I had to take care of my whole family, I was basically the shoulder to lean on you can say.
I model, that's how I make money. So I do a lot of promotions. I need to be fit and toned!! I'm not 'fat' but I feel myself jiggle when I walk, I guess it's flab. Anyways, I've always been very critical about my weight, it's just something I always obsess over.
I had a personal trainer, but he was so rude, and just stopped going with him. I'm tired of feeling like this, I cry myself to sleep because I don't like my body at the moment. How can I get firm, and tone, and not jiggle? ! I want to go back to being 110 lbs.
I've been doing Insanity, but I have asthma and it's very difficult with me. I was thinking about doing Insanity every other day, and do weight training the days I don't do Insanity.
What do you think? How long will it take get my normal weight and body back?
Also, I'm a vegetarian. No meat, fish, chicken. What can I eat for protien?
I drink a 100% Whey protein shake after a workout, and I drink those AdvantEdge drinks. Should I keep taking them?
Please help?!
Thank you in advance, I just feel so bad about my body.

I can't answer all of your questions, but I have a great food for protein, Kale. I sauteed a bunch in a frying pan with a little EVOO (olive oil) and the juice of a lemon. I also baked a sweet potato in my microwave (about 5 min). Cut open the sweet potato, spoon in the kale (it cooks way down) and enjoyed a healthy and high protein meal!0

Good source of protein (not meat) Endamame beans..... They are green beans..Very easy to cook (mostly found frozen in bags) very low cost...Taste whatever spices you add to it .... They are low calories and high protein!
If this can help!0 -
Well normally one would resistance train and use a calorie deficit to achieve it. But I personally can't encourage someone of your height trying to get to 110lbs.

I understand what you mean, but 110 lbs is my natural weight. My Dr was even a little considered about the weight gain because I'm naturally small, I don't do anything unhealthy!0 -

agreed with this completely.
your goal may be a little off. might wanna reconsider stepping away from a scale until you're happy with the "tone" that you're looking for.0 -
I suppose you guys are right.
What can I do to tone?
Would every other day of intense cardio and weights work?
What can I between meals?0
