Has anyone else (well, ok, anyone else female, although I guess it counts if your moobies are big enough) had visible raised veins appear on their breasts after weight loss/exercise?

Yeah, I have one that I noticed pretty recently (and I'm pretty sure it wasn't there when I weighed what I do now four years ago). I've also been breastfeeding over three years now so who knows why it has appeared! I've also lost a substantial amount of breast volume during weight loss. I just figured this was me getting older, skin stretched and thinner :P If it bothers you, couldn't hurt to ask your doctor for options.

Yes but only when pregnant or breastfeeding, and not from exercise.

If it comes up for a short time after exercise then goes away again, then it's due to vasodilation from either being hot as a result of exercising or from more blood pumping through your body to supply your muscles with the extra oxygen etc. So it might not be a sign of pregnancy. But if they suddenly appeared on my boobs and there was a chance of pregnancy then I'd do a pregnancy test.

It is definitely not a sign of pregnancy, or if it is, someone should alert the Vatican.

Sign of pregnancy is about all I could find on google, too.
