A doner kebab. There's nothing better than a massive pile of greasy doner kebab meat wrapped in a naan bread with some chilli and garlic sauce.

The perfect Cheat Meal, Chic Fila - The sandwich waffle fries with the sauces, and a milkshake, OR OTHER Choices for me, would be Fried Chicken Wings, Panera Chocolate Chip Cookie, A BLT with Turkey Bacon ( MAYO) Extra Mayo. French Fries, I'd now never pair any of this items into one meal..

I'd have the Hooters Wings, Eat Three to five - Only No Fries.

I'd have the cookie, with a salad no dressing or a vinger based one.

I think about it all before I indulge - NOW that is.

My favorite cheat meal is the one that never happens. I never deprived myself of anything throughout my weight loss.

A 1000 calorie piece of cheesecake.

Pizza fits in my calories just fine, I don't have to cheat to eat it.
  • Chinese - Chips, rice and curry sauce :P

I eat all of this ^^^ anytime I want. I don't cheat however because I log it and stay within my calories, if I am going to go over or did go over, I just add another work out or walk. I don't understand the cheating no matter how many documentaries/videos/ or articles I have read. If you feel the need to "cheat" your diet is too restrictive. Just adding my two cents and all

You might need a restrictive diet, depends what your goals are I suppose.I want to compete next year so my diet is very clean with a cheat meal maybe once a month

"Cheat" meals usually go alongside lots of exercise because I end up going somewhere, walking all over the place, and then eating food I can't get at home. Earlier this week, my wife and I took off to go to an amusement park and some nearby shops. It was easy to fit in ice cream, omelets, and Korean food after walking 4+ hours. However, the exercise and added salt leads to water weight, which makes it look temporarily like I've gained a lot.

Donuts! I have two strawberry frosted cake dfonuts with sprinkles for breakfast every sunday! I've pretty much convinced myself that my weight loss would stop dead in its tracks without these extra 400 calories lol.

My favorite donut shop is an hour away, but they're the best and I won't settle lol.

Baby back ribs. Lots of them.

I eat pizza regularly so I don't consider that a cheat. But baby back ribs are so high calorie, but oh so good. So, so, good.

What works for one person doesn't work for everyone. People should focus on what helps them sustain a caloric deficit in the long term. If that means having a crazy cheat day where you don't even care about calories - have at 'er.

Meh, it's all perspective and preference. Some people would rather not eat a favorite food if they can only have a few bites. They'd rather wait for a 'cheat meal' where they can really indulge. Others are fine with having small portions of high calorie foods more often.

Neither way is right or wrong. Different strokes.

At the moment, it is KFC extra crispy chicken, dark meat, cole slaw, and a biscuit. I have this every Saturday and still stay within my goals for the day.

    Exactly this.

Like, exactly. Like, that's really my husband telling about how we do "cheat meals" exactly ;-)
  • doughnuts and kettle cooked chips!

Thanks to MFP, now i at least feel guilty about it and do try to make up for it with more of exercise.
