I am addicted to pancakes.

Yes, if you ever meet me you'll quickly discover I simply love pancakes. I can have pancakes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (& all of the above in the same day); Hungry Jack & Aunt Jimima are my best friends.

Lately, I have discovered a new recipe to pancakes that is JUST as simple, MORE filling, and fills my pancake desires.

The recipe includes:
-1 Cup Oats (I used quick oats)
-2 Eggs (or 1.5 eggs)
-Teaspoon cocoa powder or dark chocolate chips
-1 Banana
-1 spoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For syrup, I used honey! I also cheated and used a tablespoon of corn syrup hehe

I mashed the banana and blended the ingredients together & fried them. I got 2 and was incredibly full afterwards. I am still feeling full right now.

Hope this helps anyone who also has a pancake addiction who wants to opt for a healthier option! I like this recipe because it is incredibly simple and I made these with the same amount of time if I were to use flour & sugar.
