Hi all! I am starting this journey once again to try to get myself healthy! I tried back in August/Sept, but got very sick and stayed that way till I had surgery in December and then had to recover before I could try again. Now I am hoping to finally reach my goal of being 150-160 lbs. I have 130-140 lbs to go. I weighed 203 lbs at my last follow up with my surgeon(in Feb) and am 290 as of today.

    You can do it. Its just a matter of making the numbers match up. Whats helped me alot is changing my mindset from thinking that I'm "dieting" to doing a "hobby". I get more actively involved in my weight loss that way. I just started last Sunday 323lbs at on point I was 275lbs but just to get to 300lbs would be a win in my eyes.

  • Thank you and good luck to you as well. I'm hoping I can stick to it this time... I have four daughters who need mommy healthy and mommy wants to be able to run around and play with them like they deserve!

    you can add me as well, I just got back on track this wee, im on day 5 today, and I have found that im on here so much more than last time .. it has replaced Facebook for me lol, Lets do this and get rock getting healthy
