Go ahead and enjoy your holiday. I've found that when you hit it hard with the diet and exercise, you can have a nice, big meal every now and then.0 -

Why not just start today? Just DO it- are you going to be eating a lot? Then do a work out.
It's POURING here so I cannot run today - so I will so a Shred or Beach Body workout....and watch what I am eating. Those red velvet cup cakes aren't worth the 280 calories!

Yeah!! That's awesome so many of you are gonna join me!
The reason I can't start today - I'm away at family all day today until about midnight tonight. I'm also planning a Sunday start just because it works out so I'll have planned exercise Sunday-Friday, and Saturday will be my off day because I'm usually busy that day
Let's do this!

As far as eating goes, I'm definitely going to be mindful of it starting right now. I've already had ample opportunities to eat sweets, but I turned them down. I'm going to listen to my body tonight at dinner, and stop when I'm full. If I want more a couple hours later, I'll have something, but I'm not eating until I'm stuffed beyond belief.
