*Okay, so this isnt the healthiest, but if you have some calories to spare or having a semi sweet tooth moment, give it a go, or cook for others. Mind you, if you use FRESH peaches, you get more natural sugar than what I used.
1- Yellow or white cake mix (make sure with NO PUDDING)
1- 2 cups of peaches (again, you can use fresh or the calories I provide is based on peaches in a jar)
1- 12 oz of lemon lime soda
1- 2 tbsp of Cinnamon
Preheat over to 350
Drain juices off of peaches, dice into chunks and layer onto a 13x9 baking dish already covered in cooking spray
Sprinkle dry cake mix over the peaches, use a spoon to push down into the peaches
Cover the cake mix with the lemon lime soda, it will immediately start to bubble
Sprinkle with Cinnamon
Bake in oven for 1 hour.
349 calories (1 cup) --I only had a half of cup and gave the rest to the kids

This was the most SIMPLE recipe ever, mind you, in the past, I made peach cobblers with TONS of butter, sugar, brown sugar, and then more butter, with sugar on top of sugar. I bet my old school cobblers had to be at LEAST 1000 calories for a half cup, lol0
