Wow... seems to be a little difference though may be due to bikini and body position... may notice more change in the same one. Either way you should be proud of your hard work, you look amazing0 -

I'm curious what your goal is? You are looking trim now, don't see anywhere you need to change... are you looking at body recomp? Wanting more muscle, or to lose more weight?

Thank you :-) Ideally lose 5-10lbs (put on over the christmas period and finding hard to shift, but if it doens't happen I'm not going to freak over it ) after that I would like more muscle, looking into adding to my weights (I work out at home so need to buy some heavier free weights) I'm in no rush but just want to be the best I can be after years of poor body image/ being over weight0 -
