Hey. Im wanting to Drink water with Lemon in it for the majority of my day tomorrow. I have had a ton of sugar and Junk for the last two days and Im ready to be done with it. I have read that lemon water is good just to drink "kinda like a Detox" Any other sugestions besides just staying away from it?

Lots of water and no junk tomorrow is sounding like a good idea to me, too! Lemon or no lemon.

I've been pretty consistant, but adding in Christmas candy or cookies, but the last 2 days were just mostly filled with junk. Not able to handle it like I used to! That's good!

Totally thinking about doing the same. I feel like I've gained a few hundred pounds in the last two days. I've eaten every kind of (delicious) crap imaginable, stuff that I've avoided like the plague all year long. I'm going low carb, high fibre tommorrow. Gotta clean my insides out of all things sugar. Don't get me wrong, I totally enjoyed my holiday-food-free-pass, BUT I know I'll feel hung-over from all the junk foods that I've eaten and I don't want to be craving all that horrible food long after the holidays are over...

So yes, a cleanse of sorts is in order. Pleanty of water, veggies, fibre and cardio. :-)

It is very much time to clean out the junk! This has been a particularly rough holiday season for me. It's time to clean out pantry, fridge, freezer and any other place that may be hiding junk, as well as my poor body. Totally feelin the "junk food hangover" right about now.

I think I'm gonna stick to lots of fruits, veggies and A LOT of water. Looking forward to some good cardio too. Nothing like a good sweat to help with the aftermath of a junk binge.

You can't "flush" out the bad foods.

What you can do is take a few weeks to eat nothing processed, all natural and no junk and you'll feel a ton better. Google Paleo, I recommend this to everyone who wants to jump start back to healthy ways.
