Ever get the weird urge to work out?

For some reason, I just got the sudden urge to do Zumba. Or just dance throughout my apartment. The only thing holding me back is I'm 99% sure my roommate is home and sleeping, haha. It's almost 4AM where I'm at.

When's the most random time you've ever wanted to work out, and what did you want to do?

I quite frequently to the gym or go for a run at 3am. However, I work shift work, so my schedule is all over the place and I think my sense of time is just completely different to most people (sometimes I am eating breakfast at 8pm, for example). So it doesn't seem weird to me at all :P

I work weird hours as well. On the weekends when it's rarely busy at my work, I'll go outside between 2-4am and get in a 30 min walk/jog. Never thought it was weird, helps give me a boost of energy when the night is dragging on and it's better than reaching for a extra cup of coffee or food to nibble on to help keep me awake.

That's awesome, i wish our gym was open 24hrs a day but alas it's 6am - 9pm during the week and roughly 7am-4pm on weekends.

I do however get bored at times and just go fark it off to the gym, luckily it's only a 10min walk so it's a bonus just walking there in the first place. Great also for taking out any stress from work on the machines or in my case most recently the Expresso Bikes racking up the miles.
