Anyone know how many calories are burned during a typical Insanity Cardio work out 45 minutes long?

    Many factors will go into calories burned. Your fitness level, weight, all play factors. I would guesstimate for a pretty fit person a 40 minute an Insanity workout can burn 400-600 calories.

    i burn roughly 550 during the 45 minute insanity ,i weigh 180pounds ,my daughter weighs 101 pounds & she only burns around 300 during same w/out , so it depends on your intenisty, your weight ,your fitness level ,& many other factors , a hrm w/be good for you to use
