what's your favorite post workout snack?

Just wondering what people like to eat right after a workout. I am not into shakeology or protein shakes, just looking for some real food suggestions. Tonight my post workout snack is cookies and wine! Opps

    Chobani Greek 0% fat yogurt with fruit on bottom, mixed with 1/4 cup of Natures Path Pumpkin Flax Granola. I typically eat a full meal within an hour of the snack.

    Banana shake - 1 medium banana, a little protein, a little milk and some ice

    I love it. If I don't make a shake, I'll eat some Greek Yogurt with some fruit and flax seeds.

    I'm never hungry after a workout, but after I shower and stuff I'll have almond milk with protein powder in it.

    Well, I use a soy protein shake, mostly for convenience, but I also sometimes eat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt with fruit (blueberries, cantaloupe, strawberries, banana, etc,) I really like to eat Greek yogurt with spiced apples.

    I use Splenda but you can use sugar, Stevia or no sweetener. Cut the apple into small pieces, put in a hot frying pan for just about 2 minutes (basically just until warm), take off the heat and add cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to taste. I add about 3 T of Splenda. Let it cool, add the yogurt. Nummy!
