What am I doing wrong?

I run 2 miles almost every day and I do strength training. I eat healthy 3 square meals a day and snacks. I'm active throughout the entire day as well. I almost never get to sit down. (I have a 4 year old). And I haven't lost a pound. What more can I do?

Are you tracking your calories accurately - as in, a food scale when tracking your food and possibly a HRM for your exercise? You can do all the exercise and eat all the 'healthy' foods, but unless you are in a deficit the weight won't budge!
Also, this helped figure things out when I first started:

Hope this helps!0 -
Are you taking rest days?
Are you making sure to include low calorie density food into your day? Are you including high nutrient density food into your day? Are you eating too much sodium?0
