Hitting macros when out with mates?

how would I hit my macros if going out with mates most of the day? I thought of bringing a weight gain shake out with me but then i'd have to carry it everywhere?

    If you bring a shaker bottle with your powder in it, all you'd need to do is get water/milk/whatever to shake in it. You could even just put the powder in a baggie and put it in your drink, but you'd have to have a good dissolving powder to do that.

    Where are you going? Would you have anything to carry stuff in? Backpack?

    Yeah, that's what I was thinking to put powders in a shaker and put it into bag & fill it up whenever. That's what I usually do for college but didn't want to carry a backpack in spare time. Guess I'll have to! :p

    Decide of it's worth a day of not hitting macros.....? I also agree with taking some protein, plus have a good breakfast first.
