I'm new around here, and my name is Carl. I just started working out again, after a rather long hiatus, and I am enjoying it so far. I am trying to daily do at least one round of yoga, and on days that I work shorter shifts of am off I am going to be trying to walk and work my way up to jogging in the area I live in. My main motivations for getting back to working out are, health, weight loss, and my partner, who lost enough weight through exercise and healthy diet to get off of his diabetes medication.
In my free time I like to read, and watch movies, not a bit television or music person, but if the mood strikes me I like comedic television shows or true crime based, and in music I like various types from pop to hip hop and even some rock. I'm a pretty down to earth person and I like to interact with new people and get to know others points of view on certain topics.
