Things I won't miss

Things I won't miss now that I have lost 32 pounds.

1. Shopping at plus size stores.
2. Control top pantyhose.
3. Shapewear.
4. Unsolicited weight loss advice. Especially from random strangers.

I'm sure that there are more things. I still have thirty more pounds to lose to get to my ideal weight.

I don't miss having to replace my jeans every few months cos my thighs rub together and wear them out.
I don't miss the waist band digging into my fat belly; sooo sore.
I dont miss Rude comments , judgement and 'advice' from strangers and friends.
I dont miss Seats on planes, buses and trains being really tight and the seat belt digging in.
I don't miss struggling to walk and talk at the same time.
I dont miss not being able to wear the clothes I like.

    Ive lost 56lbs so far.

I agree with your list 100%! I also do not miss:

    1. Wearing cardigans in the summer to "cover"my fat.
    2. My legs rubbing together and creating a painful heat rash when I wear shorts.
    3. Hiding my heavy breathing when climbing up a few stairs

    What a great idea!

    I don't miss:

    - Getting out of breath from just climbing the stairs
    - Buying big-girl size, overpriced, shapeless, tent-like clothing
    - An empty bank account from buying too many takeaways
    - Feeling like I would pass out from just tying my shoelaces
    - "Friendly" advice, nudges, stares and blatent insults related to food I'm eating or my size in general
    - Not realising how lousy I really feel!
