Need some help.
What is the difference between your food and net?

    I'm not sure what you're asking.

    Basically, if you eat 1600 calories, you workout and burn 250 calories, you should eat those back so your net intake is 1600 again. But that's how MFP is supposed to function.

    You can also try eating at your TDEE minus 20%, not tracking exercise calories and forgetting about net intake goals.

    You can calculate all the calories in the food you consume - lets say it's 1800 calories per day
    You can then calculate the amount you use (burn off), lets say your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) that is all the energy you burn off by breathing, moving, sleeping, walking, working, is 1800

    If you then do EXTRA exercise - say running for 30 minutes burns off 400 calories - that is your NET

    So you would have NET deficit of 400 calories per day - you WILL lose weight like that

    You need to understand the whole BMR and TDEE thing - its very important
