Hello, i just finished week 2 of insanity and i was wondering if anyone had any success stories! Id love to see pics and know what u were before and after and how long it took for u to loose it!
I was 247 when i started and after my first week i was down to 244!!!! Not a lot but I'm noticing my stomach a little smaller!
I would love to hear success stories that aren't just on tv thanks

That's awesome!! I'm coming up on my last week of round 1 of Insanity and I've lost about 12-15 pounds so far with it! I'm going to start round 2 after this!0

I just finished a full cycle of insanity and then did the 2nd month again. just transitioned into his new T-25 programs this week to try and still get the cardio while I start adding in a program by Jim Stoppani called short-cut to shred. It's brutal but now that i have leaned up from Insanity I want to try and get some better definition and this is the program many people have told me works well. Anyway, I wish I would have taken some before and after pics but I didn't. I can tell you this though, I have been tracking my nutrition on MFP for 101 days now and I am down from 249 lbs to 207 lbs.
Insanity is a great program and is totally worn all of the pain. Just keep at it and keep your goal in mind, you will be surprised at the changes you can make in 2 months if you really put out during ht workouts.
Best of luck.0 -
Thank you both! I appreciate it a lot0

I lost 15lb and 22 inches with Insanity (it took me 2 weeks longer as I was very unwell with Flu - the real kind in bed for a week). I would recommend it! Totally! For me it is not sustainable as a lifestyle choice, but I do miss the workouts now I am doing hip hop abs. It is pretty good! I am doing a HHA/Insanity hybrid when I finish this month (next Sunday!). I think it is a pretty amazing programme if you can get through it - I was on my knees by the end of month two - so tired!0

I finished my first round of Insanity, took a week off, and started a second round. I'm a week into the challenge again now and literally I just can't get enough of it! I had crazy results my first round (sorry, poor college student without an access to a scale so I don't know how much weight I dropped, but I lost a total of 15in or so--you can see my results on my profile) and I know that insanity will allow me to reach my fitness goals. It's hard, but if it wasn't hard it wouldn't be a work out. I just love it SO MUCH!!!0

I finished insanity in mid march and lost 20 lbs (23 lbs as of now). I started Asylum a week ago, it's going to be a grueling month, but well worth it!
Insanity is awesome and I will keep going back to it.
Anyone doing or have done insanity can friend me - I found it's much easier to stay on task with a support group to keep you accountable!0
