I tend to drink one cup of milk with my meals It gives me a good amount of calories and I love milk but I think that's why I keep going over my fat by one or two.
is this ok or should I cut it out completely?

Yes. You don't need to drink milk by any means. Humans can drink it if they want, but it obviously is only required by baby cows. Milk tastes good and is a base for delicious desserts, that is all. Drink it if you want or cut it out if you think it is the reason you are going over your calorie limit.0

If you're only going over your fats by just one or two grams, it's really not a problem. Enjoy your milk.0

I'm new to all this, but I can't think there's a need to be extreme. Milk with every meal sounds a bit excessive, but restricting yourself and cutting it out completely...?0

If you want to drink milk with every meal, drink milk with every meal as long as it fits within your calories. And going over by a few grams isn't going to hurt.0

You can eat (or drink) anything you want if you stay within your calorie goal.
I would rather eat my calories than drink them, but everybody's different.

*shrug* If you like it, it fits your caloric needs...why change it?0

Drink the milk. I look at protein and fat macros as minimums, not maximums.0

This times a million. Your protein and fat macro goals are MINIMUMS, going over them is actually a good thing as long as you hit them both and don't exceed your calorie goal.0
