I have invested about $1200 into a home gym in the past 3 years.

Power rack, oly barbell, bench, bowflex selectech dbells, 225lbs in weights, resistance bands, heavy bag, some generic weights from walmart and just recently added ab straps, rings for suspended pushups/dips (these are a B****!!), ab wheel.

Best part, I have won around 550-600 from fantasy baseball leagues in the past 2 years so that went into this!

It's less intimidating for a big guy like me, and something for my entire family to do together.

Where do you work out at??

    Me: YouFit in Norcross, GA
$10 a month and no restrictions on workouts no complaints here.
So, when is the stalker convention going to get together at the YouFit in Norcross, GA?

I think I'll pass. There are a few not-too-stable people on this site ...

The outdoors, and my house. I have a bicycle, running shoes, and a variety of dumbbells, along with a stationary bike for winter. And sometimes (for Zumba class) the local church basement. :)

I'm probably going to check out the local ski center's gym, as it's free for town residents, but now that it's getting nice outside, I don't know if I really want to even go in a gym! I'd much rather be outdoors.

I use the OSU RPAC. It's expensive-ish for most, but my family gets a decent rate due to my father working for the uni, and it just comes out of his paycheck. So far I've only used the cardio machines, but hopefully going to be working lap swimming in soon.

Work - take the stairs and walk during lunch.

Home - treadmill, jump rope, outside walks, and Abs Lounge

Spunk Fitness - $10.00 a month which allows me and a guest for each visit.
