Good Yoga DVD's?

Can anyone help me select a decent Yoga DVD? I'm curently doing an AM/PM Yoga for beginners, but would like another one as well. Something with good explanation of the poses would be nice. I start a class in January, but will be going on vacation in the middle of it, so I want to have something I can take with me.

The Biggest Loser Weight loss yoga... If you are not used to doing yoga, you feel like it is going to kill you!!! but it is a good work out!

I love both The Biggest Loser and Yoga Meltdown, they are both awesome! I just got Bob Harper's new one, Yoga For The Warrior. It's really good too.

Check out Yoga Journal's collection, above. I love anything by Baron Baptiste and Seane Corne- both are amazing instructors!

I have a set by Shiva Rea...it has 20 minute segments that you can do by themselves or set it up to do more. I would not say it is a beginner DVD as she does show some more difficult poses...some that I can't manage at 5 am but can in the afternoon...etc. I have been doing yoga for many years but am by no means a yogi of any sorts but like the challange of this set. The 20 minutes of fire yoga had me doing 60 pushups...I LOVE PUSHUPS so I thought it was great. Shiva Rea...Daily Energy Vinyasa Flow

I love Yoga Zone, Rodney Yee, and Bryan Kest. If you are planning to do a class with the DVD's I'd recommend avoiding the Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels and any other instructors that aren't specifically yoga certified. You're yoga instructor will have to correct your form when you get back after you've been doing non-yogi workouts. While they aren't such big differences in proper form that you would hurt yourself with them, it's just embarrassing for some to be corrected in class. And a good yoga instructor will correct anything they see out of alignment.
  • Gaiam has an AM/PM Yoga DVD that I love! I also have a Denise Austin yoga workout that I really love. Her voice drives me crazy, but after a few times I got to the point where I could do it with it on mute.

@meganne: I saw that Denise Austin DVD. Her voice was the reason I couldn't imagine doing it! I wanted something soothing, really zen. I'm doing a little yoga every night and am finding that I'm getting into it. I'm going to a studio for classes next month, but want something I can do at home since the classes are only once per week.
@Kellysully: I found Shiva on collage video and ordered the beginning one. They look beautiful. I can't wait to try it.
@training with tony: I really wanted someone who was truly a yoga instructor, not as an add-on to their other workouts. I'm excited to start the class next month. It will be the first time I've done a yoga class. I expect I'll be corrected quite a bit. :)
@everyone else: Thank you for all of your input, it really helps.
