i was wondering could anyone check my diary and see is this healthly the way im going about eating? havent been getting the exercise i would like in but just eating wise?

    At a glance I didn't see much in the way of fruits, veggies.

    Overall though I'm of the camp that says food isn't good or bad. And healthy has different meanings for differently people. Portion control, variety, making sure one's nutritional needs are met. That's the root of it all. :)

    ya i do need more veggies and fruit one thing i noticed ive been leaving behind like 400-600 calories which basically is like 1400 or 1600 calories im dropping a day right? since its setup to minus a 1000 instantly
