I have bought this and I'm confused on the nurtrion.. on the package the calories that are listed is that before or after its cooked?? I can't figure it out

    Usually it represents "before it is cooked". Sometimes a box or bag may give you two sets of numbers listed as packaged, and as prepared. But if it is not clearly marked as such I would assume it is representing it as raw.
