How long before i see results??

Ok first off I am not overweight or anything, I am just about a healthy weight I guess. I am 5ft 3 and I weigh about 10 stone or a few pounds less. I would preferably like to lose about a stone and get down to about a size 8/10 as i am generally a size 12 now but in some top sizes I am a size 14 because of my 36 E boobs lol.
This time last year I went up to about 11 and a half stone maybe a bit more because I was in my final year of college and I did zero exercise and my diet wasnt the best either, I became too keen on dining out in restaurants. However I decided to bite the bullet and I atended the gym and then went on a diet when I saw that I wasnt losing enough weight and I finally lost a stone after a month. Unfortunately I gave up the gym entirely a few months later. Since then I have maintained my weight by eating relatively well during the week and being active in my new job. However I still would be happier if i was more toned and a dress size smaller.
So furthermore in order to try and fully accomplish this goal I have been running 3 times a week for about 30/40 minutes since last week. Plus it is quite tough as there are a lot of hills throughout the 30/40 minute run. The intensity of the run would be about moderate but maybe a little higher. I have started the weight watchers diet as I find it to be a very nutritious, filling and easy to follow diet with no fuss. Also I plan on buying weights this week to tone up all over.
So finally how long before I start to see noticeable results in my weight on the scales and in appearance?? I know it is going to take some amount of time but I am just looking for a general estimate?? Also I have a sun holiday in 7 weeks time and a communion in 4 weeks time so will it take about 4 weeks or around the 2 month mark??? Answers would be much appreciated

You want to lose 14lb, so you should aim to lose 0.5-1lb per week, so it would take at least 14 weeks.0

I said I wanted to lose 7 pounds (1 stone) NOT 14 pounds (2 stone). I meant I want to get down to a size 10 maybe a bit smaller. I am a size 12 just to clarify that just because I weigh 10 stone and am 5ft 3 does not mean I am automatically going to be a size 14. I was a size 14 when I was my highest weight so it all depends on frame size and your bone density.0 -
Probably see results in about 14 weeks, assuming a loss of 14 kilos, with a kilo/week loss rate, and each kilo defined as a pound in weight.0

14 pounds is 1 stone, so 14 weeks.0

Just to clarify, 1 stone = 14 pounds. Googled it to confirm
Either way OP, with that little to lose, a healthy, reasonable rate of loss is 1/2 a pound per week. So you're looking at 14 weeks to lose 7 pounds. Might take a bit longer, because weight loss isn't linear and life happens, but that's a pretty good estimate.0 -

Now that you know how much a stone is in pounds, does that change how much you want to lose?0

Completely off the point; but I am 141-144 (just over 10 stone) and I am around 5"3, so firstly, hellooo buddy. I'm aiming for 20lbs more.
Anyway, my off-point thing- Have you been measured for your bra? Because I am basically the same height/ weight and I've been measure at 32E, or 32DD depending on store. So.. 36 seems like it may bury you. Just a thought; I know it's unlikely that we'll have the same body composition, so you may very well be 36... but it does seem large, and women commonly go bigger than they should to avoid a "back fat" situation. Which if you're large busted seriously can cause injury...
Anyway, rant over- just a thought!0 -
You'll see results if you are on a calorie deficient diet and working out in as little as 2 weeks. You'll see more results at 4 weeks up until you've reached your goal! I'd do with 2 week milestones to lose stones (har lame US humor!) and be happy with every bit of progress you make!0
