Confused about weight, please help

At the end of every day MFP tells me roughly what weight I would be if everyday was like today. This weight always slightly fluctuates around 111lbs, sometimes it would be as low as 109lbs and sometimes it can be as high as 116 but these are not very common. I have been doing this for 7 weeks but my weight is still 116lbs and I don't understand why... Can anybody explain this to me please, and are there any solutions? Thank you in advance

Every body is different and because of that, weight loss is not as cut and dry as MFP tells us. Yes, a 3,500 calorie deficit is supposed to cause a 1 pound loss in all of our bodies but that's only for the IDEAL body. And NO ONE has the ideal body! LOL This is also why scales are the LEAST reliable gauge of success, it doesn't take into consideration muscle gain, salt and water and any number of thing that make the number on it fluctuate on an hourly basis.
If you haven't lost ANYTHING in the last 7 weeks you'll want to look at either spicing up your workouts or adjusting your caloric intake 100 - 200 calories in either direction (as long as you're not going below 1,200). Your body adapts VERY quickly and if you don't adjust every few weeks it'll just maintain (which is its job).

Your not in a deficit. Do you weigh ALL your food? Do have an digital food scale? If not, there is your problem, get a scale ASAP!!!0

Have you been doing much strength training, because muscle weighs more than fat?0

2. If you aren't already using one, get and use a food scale. Weigh all solids. Measuring cups/spoons are not accurate:

ah, okays, that makes sense. But would I have not seen a change to my body? If I should have I haven't... is that normal? I have increased the amount of exercise I do dramatically since starting this and I don't think I can lower my calorie intake any more otherwise I would be eating less than 1200 calories a day... I might try varying my cardio, would that work??0

If you aren't eating enough calories your body will go into starvation mode & will store everything you eat as fat. I know it sounds silly, eat more to lose more! My advice is to eat clean, healthy foods and amp up your cardio/workouts, which will tell your body to stop storing fat & start burning it! Good luck0

my calorie allowance is almost always in green meaning my net calories is lower than my allowance... whenever I eat food for the first time I weight it out and remember the portion size for future reference. I also over estimate my calorie intake and under estimate my cardio just to be sure... and yes, I do have a digital food scale.0

No, I just do cardio... I don't think that I would have built up any muscle as I have done any strength training.0

I just looked at your profile (to see if your diary was open). It wasn't but I'm wondering do you really have 18lbs to lose? Maybe you should look into lifting. I know that's recommended to a lot of mfp to people who are unhappy with their bodies but seem to be in a healthy weight range. I'm told it does wonders0

I don't need to loose 18lbs but I do want to loose some weight, 18lbs is my limit for if I am still not happy with my size by that weight I will have to leave it and learn to live with my size. if I am happy before then I will stop loosing weight. I will look into that and find out more about how to and where to do that, thanks :-)0

I do as much cardio as I can at the moment and am trying to increase slowly so that my body can have time to adjust. I think I am eating enough, if I eat less than 1200 calories MFP tells me about starvation mode so I try to eat more that 1200 a day in order to prevent this then just balance it out with cardio. am I right in doing this?? and thank you0

my diary is now open, I didn't realise it was closed...0
