Newbie!!

Heyyyy, I posted in a different thread before I intro'd myself :) I'm Kristine, 41. I guess I'm overweight. I've never had this problem until a couple of years ago...maybe it's the over 40 thing. Oh, except when I was a kid, I was pretty chunky. Soooo yah, I'm 5'2", 155lbs (gah!) and would like to eventually get down to 125 or so where I feel comfy and just feel really good and healthy. I've never really exercised at all before, but I am now. Starting slow. :happy: Wherever we are on our journey right now...WE CAN DO IT!!!!

    Hi there im 30 from UK. Im 5ft1, have two girls and i have always been a nice weight for my height. 2 yrs ago i started overindulging as you do lol and put on alot of weight. My starting weight in jan was 174lbs im currently at 152lbs i have 35lbs to lose. I log everyday and have an open diary. I dont believe in diets so i eat what i want within moderation.
