Quest bar? 20g or protein!!?

So i seen you can buy quest bars online and the info for it is 20g of protein, 19 of fibre only 5g active carbs, 170 calories, 6g of fat. 20g of protein seems insane for 1 bar! They do cost £3.99 a bar though.. Anyone else eat these? And how much should I eat a day?

    If you look in the ingredients they use Whey protein blend..so its not really that insane.

    Pretty mediocre protein source at cost/gram or calories/gram.

    They are the best thing ever. Not all flavors are 170 calories though. My favorite, chocolate chip cookie dough is 190 for 21g protein

    20 grams seems pretty normal for a protein bar. Quest bars can be amazing or disgusting depending on the flavor. I personally love the cookie dough and the cookies and cream bars. I think there is also some kind of apple pie one that people seem to love.

    LOVE the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough! As far as I know, they're the only protein bar my trainer will okay. Makes the basis of a quick lunch for me at work.

    I love them I eat one everyday. I like Chocolate Peanut butter, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Coconut Cashew, and Cookies & cream yummy.

    They are good, but there's nothing magic about them. The only time I eat them is when traveling to help supplement my diet. I wince when I pay a little 2.00 US for one. I couldn't imagine paying what you are. Just drink a protein shake and eat some high fiber cereal and you've essentially duplicated the nutrition in the bar

    BTW, cinnamon roll is quite good, especially when heated in the microwave for ten-fifteen seconds.
