I need support and inspiration. I have used my fitness pal before and loved it but then after a loss of two stone i thought i could "manage" myself. well i couldnt and i have put on that weight again and more.
so please add me and join me on this journey where i will achieve my goal.

I started myfitnesspal 3 or 4 times before I actually stuck with it. I'm not to the maintenance part yet, but almost, in a few more pounds. Some days I log better than others, but I'm trying to be consistent again.

I used MFP a long time ago now and I lost half a stone, but then I sort of fell off track and ended up putting the weight back on and more... hopefully this is the final time now!0
