Virtual Gym, anyone?

My employer offers a subscription plan to a virtual gym. For one year, it is only 39.00. I am leery about participating in something like this and was wondering if anyone else utilizes the world wide web for obtaining their exercise videos/instructions.

The service is through globalfit.com. I think I would be more inclined to use it if I could get some quality feedback from users and non-users :)

    I'd have to say, do some research on the company, and try finding feedback from people that have used this service.

    Unfortunately, there is no sneak peek. The videos are from personal trainers within a studio room. I am going to see what I can find out about it, but it may be difficult since it is a membership-based system.
