Good news - it's completely safe.

Bad news - it doesn't work on humans.

Good news for rats - it works on them (which is where all of the positive claims come from - very misleading).

Best thing to do would be to log your food, eat in a deficit and you will loss weight.

    Keep hold of your money.

I hear a lot about people getting it for fat burning and speeding up metabolisms, but the product is labeled as an appetite suppressor. If you take it and have the willpower to stop eating when you're not hungry instead of finishing off everything on your plate, then it works. If you premeasure the content of your meals, then there's no point.

I take regular doses of dihydrogen monoxide and find that helps me a lot with general health and recovery. It does have some side effects though such as some temporary weight gain and higher frequency of urination. Have to handle it carefully though, inhalation or injection into a vein could cause death. Still I consider it pretty important for fitness.

    HAHAHAH ^^^^^^^

I've heard that dihydrogen monoxide helps a lot of people with general health! I hate the side effect of consistently needing to urinate
