I've always been told not to work the same muscles on consecutive days. But videos such as Ripped in 30 have you do the same full body workout 6 days in a row. Is that okay? Thoughts?
Video looks great, just surprised that it's the same workout for each full week with only 1 day of rest.

Last night I did Day 1 of Week 1 .. it was TOUGH. I had to pause it twice to catch my breath and get a few sips of water. I was suprised because I was also modifying many of the exercises to the easier modification.
Today my lower body is very sore (as I expected it would be with all the balancing) but not my upper body so I'll up the weights for tonight's workout for the tricep, back and shoulder exercises.
It still seems weird to me to work the same muscles doing the same exercise 5-6 days in a row but I'm going to give it a try.0
