I use to cook for myself and on the internet you can find a lot of recipes where the calories and all the rest are already calculated per portion (which is pretty cool). My only problem is: how much is a portion? How many grams?

Most recipes on the internet providing the "calories per portion" information also provide a "serves X" information. Where the X stands for the number of people you can "feed". Most of the time the "portion" is equal to "1 serving". So if your recipes states "serves 4" divide the whole finished dish into 4 equal parts and each of those is one "portion". If it states "serves 8", divide by 8 and so forth. And be astonished how small one portion/serving is....
