    What diet costs too much? Fresh healthy food doesn't have to cost more than crap, if you are savvy with your food dollars.

    Price can be an issue if you don't have access to fresh local produce and meats. But even your average grocery store shouldn't be too expensive if you buy right.

    Real problem is, can you cook? Or do you need to buy prepackaged "diet" dinners etc, as those can add up quickly in price.

    Friend me. I cook all the time for my fiance and I. I've lost nearly 50 lbs so far just by eating my deficit and cooking more meals and prepping my lunches and snacks better and not buying prepackaged foods.
