Do I need a heart rate monitor if I'm not eating back exercise calories?

Not really, unless you want to have a better estimate of exercise calories.
I suppose.0 -
Well it can also help you ensure you are getting the most efficient workout. That you are recovering well. And that you are not over training or under training.0

I'm currently in the process of trying to plan a home workout plan. I have insanity and jillian michaels 30 day shred.
I can't do them every day as scheduled because I give plasma 2xs a week and can't workout on those days. I have some Wii games to play for fun/workout time every now and then. I have a treadmill a workout ball and 5 and 8 lb hand weights. I only have about 20 lbs to lose and mostly want to tone up.0
