I hate when restaurants don't post nutritional info, especially when they do it because they know it's so unhealthy! *cough* Cheesecake Factory *cough*

Here's a link with some nutritional info. It's not the whole menu, but should give you a general idea. Just avoid creamy sauces and large amounts of pasta: http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/nutrition-calories/food/carrabbas-italian-grill/

i love carrabbas, but i think the canolloni will be big on calories, try to go with eggplant parm (if u like that)

Usually if you stick to some type of pasta w/a non-creamy sauce & chicken instead of beef/pork & lots of veggies and you only eat 1/2 of it (since it'll probably be huge), you should be good. It'll probly be at the 500-700 calorie mark. Definantly don't get anything cheese filled or covered.

Or another option, just enjoy your meal & use today as a cheat day. Honestly, that's what I would do because I hate thinking about calories when I've paid good $ for a meal.

The big thing to avoid is anything with sauce or dressing. Salads can have as many calories if not more in most restaurants than a burger and fries, because they're loaded up with dressing and other fattening additives. Any meal that also focuses on cheese is also likely to be high in calories as well, because they usually load the meals up with a ton of fatty cheeses.

Looking at their menu, I would go with the Grilled Norwegian Salmon, the Trout Nocciola, the Grilled Chicken or the Filet. Get it with a side of the vegetable of the day. Stay away from their pasta at all costs.
