I highly recommend the hanging knee raise and work into the hanging leg raise.
you need something to hang from tho, like a pull up bar. To make it easier on yourself you would want to get slings to put your arms through so you don't actually have to grip the bar.0 -
Do a search on Standing Pilates. Some of the Blogilates exercises are done standing up.0

I sit on the edge of a chair, hands on head and go elbow to opposite knee about 100 reps a couple times a night during commercials.0
