    Great post and great job! I have a co-worker who also lost 110 pounds and has kept it off for some time now. She tracks her food with her own diary and I believe she pre logs her meals like you do.

    I'm curious about how much of your function were you able to get back thru therapy and weight loss. I also have high blood pressure that's being controlled with beta blockers.

I do agree pre-posting your plans for meals is a great idea and I've actually been doing this for a few weeks now, it does make a difference. Congratulations on your huge accomplishments!
