Definitely making some of these (I mean - right now!!).. However, I don't know what rolled oats are. Are they really needed? I might leave out yogurt too. Hope they turn out good Thanks for the recipe!0

trying these tonight0

2 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
6 oz. Light Greek Yoghurt
1/4 cup almond milk
Orgran No Egg (or a real egg!)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Mix this all (minus the PB and chocolate chips!) in a blender / processor. Pour into a 8X8 brownie pan. Melt the peanut butter and drizzle on the top then sprinkle on the chocolate chips. Bake for about 20 min at 180 degrees.
They're not cakey but very light and fudgy. YUM!
You're welcome!0 -
