    Your story is the very first success story I've read on here. I really enjoyed reading it and glad I took the time to check out the site. You gave me hope I can do this! You've done an awesome job keeping yourself focused. Thanks for the tips. I do agree pre-posting your plans for meals is a great idea and I've actually been doing this for a few weeks now, it does make a difference. Congratulations on your huge accomplishments!
