Hi everyone My Name is Mulham, and I'm from Syria
Since the war started i vowed to lose weight and change my self
i started seriously 7 months ago and i lost 59 pounds so far
and i intend to lose an extra 20 pounds
wish me luck

    Wow!! What a great accomplishment and in the middle of a war!!! Much respect for doing what you said you would and keeping yourself motivated. You can definitely complete the rest of your goal!
