Looking for friends that want to buddy up and encourage!

HI All,

Looking for friends who are in the same boat with really trying hard to stick to it. I used to be on here awhile ago and I have just really started using it again to track for my WW. I would love to have people that are looking to lose 50+ lbs. I love to help encourage people I think it's important during this.

    Welome Shannon! MFP is a great place to help you achieve your weight loss goals. Making friends on here is a good way to keep you motivated and accountable on your journey. Also having friends with open diaries and who are having success help so you can see what they're doing and what's working for them. I am still on my journey and enjoy supporting fellow MFP friends.     A 50lb loss would put me in the "healthy" BMI range, but I work towards smaller benchmarks so I don't get discouraged. I'll send you a request!!
